Charging Policy

GENERAL HIRE CHARGES EFFECTIVE 1ST MARCH 2022

The following rates are for guidance only.

MAIN HALL:

£25.00 per hour to include set-up and clean-up time. Minimum charge: £40.00.

For children’s parties, christenings and other special functions please contact us to discuss your requirements.

COMMITTEE ROOM (1st floor – no disabled access):

£40.00 per session (morning, afternoon or evening)

All charges include use of kitchen, servery, crockery and cutlery, tables and chairs.

Concessionary charges may apply to community users and regular hirers. Please contact us for details. The designation of community user is entirely at the discretion of the village hall committee.

We recognise that every event is different and we recommend that you contact us to discuss your own requirements and costs.

All bookings are subject to signed completion of our booking form and acceptance of our conditions of hire.
